Bill Holt is a Senior Loan Officer in the Baton Rouge office of Assurance Financial.  He joined the team in January of 2009 and has 9 years of experience in the lending industry, offering a wide range of knowledge of home loan products. Bill is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in LA.
 
Bill is an active member of the Baton Rouge community. He is a long-time member and the current president of the Greater Baton Rouge Mortgage Lender’s Association (GBRMLA), as well as a member of Rotaract Professionals of Baton Rouge (a division of BR Rotary), Business Associates of Ascension (BAA), Louisiana Mortgage Lenders Association (LMLA) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).

Bill prides himself on making the loan process simple for his customers by explaining the intricacies between loan products (including Conventional, RD, VA, and FHA), always keeping his clients best interest at heart, and valuing the importance of superior communication. These qualities have led him to have great success working with both first time and repeat home buyers.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their beloved dog Major. He also enjoys running, camping, skiing, traveling, watching football, grilling, and boiling crawfish.
